since 1968.
Giuseppe “Joe” Sciara founded Uncle Joe’s in 1968, and it’s been a Hamptons institution ever since: one of Long Island’s oldest pizzerias and red-sauce joints, and a gathering place for locals and East End visitors for more than half a century. The classic cheese pie is still the staple, and our alla vodka is still the house favorite.
Everything is made fresh every day at 42 East Montauk Highway, for pickup, delivery or catering. We deliver to East Quogue, Shinnecock Hills, Southampton and Flanders. A slice at lunch, a Long Island Grandma for the family, a chicken parm hero or trays for the party — and The Baymen, our sports bar, is right inside.

The Baymen is Hampton Bays’ first sports bar, located inside Uncle Joe’s. We show football, baseball, basketball and hockey on five screens, including a 100-inch big screen, with a bar menu of wings, nachos, loaded tots, flatbreads and bar pies. Drink specials, a seat for the game and familiar faces from around town make it an easy place to spend an afternoon or evening. Football on Sunday, a weeknight game or a drink with friends — a neighborhood sports bar, for locals, by locals.

What kind of pizza does Uncle Joe’s make?
Our classic cheese pie on Long Island Panko or Classic NY crust, Long Island Grandma, Sicilian and Detroit-style squares, slices all day, and signature pies like Hamptons White, Hot Honey Prosciutto and Spicy Buffalo, along with heroes, pasta, parms and our famous alla vodka.
What's the difference between a Grandma pie and a Sicilian pie?
A Grandma pie has a thin square crust with marinara sauce, mozzarella and grated cheese. A Sicilian pie has a thick, airy square crust with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Both are baked in square pans.
